Charles Oney I

Charles H. Oney I, age 63 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Kettering Hospital. He was born December 9, 1947 in Hazard, KY to the late Clay and Etta Oney. Charles is saved by the blood of Jesus Christ and is in Heaven.

Charles is survived by his wife of 25 years, Shirley; son and daughter-in-law: Charles H. and Nicole Oney II, of Xenia; step-son, Brian; step-daughter, Kimberly; grandchildren: Laura, Kiersten, Robien, Christopher, Cody and Chad; great granddaughter, Isabella; sisters: Janice (Willard) and Carol (Conley); brother, Tiny (Cheryl), Wade (Freda), Darrell (Joann), and James (Sue); many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Friday, February 25, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday. Pastor Damon Medeiros officiating.
