Charles "Fred" Mondabaugh, 76, of Riverside, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Brookhaven Nursing Center.
He was born October 3, 1938 in Dayton, Ohio. He graduated from Stebbins High School in 1959 and later retired from Hobart Manufacturing. Fred was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed by many.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice; daughter, Linda; son, Jeff; brothers, Otis and Steve; sister, Lena; aunt and uncle, Charles and China Aleshire.
Fred is survived by his daughter, Lori (David) Baker; son-in-law, Greg (Melissa) Wourms; brothers, Ernie, Richard and John; sister, Thelma; grandchildren, Heather (Brad) Saylor, Christopher (Jennifer) Wourms, Cameron, Allison, Brooklyn and Nolan Baker; great-grandchildren, Dominik, Drew, Makayla, Cory and Jeff; mother-in-law, Zenith Brady; companion, Kathi Meyers and a large extended family.
Family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 pm on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home North Chapel 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424 with services following at 1:30 pm. Pastor Jerry Siler officiating. Burial at Forest Hills Memory Gardens.
