Charles Curtis Kimmerly Sr

Charles Curtis Kimmerly, Sr., age 66, of Dayton, Ohio, was promoted to Heaven on August 9, 2023. He was born on July 20, 1957 to James and Thelma Kimmerly. Chuck is preceded in death by his mother, Thelma; special aunt and uncle Ruby and Tony Thacker; niece, Marcia Dull; and nephew, Robert Dull; and several aunts and uncles.

Chuck is survived by his son, Charles Jr (Kylea); father, James Kimmerly, Sr.; sister, Cheryl Dull; brother, James Kimmerly, Jr; grandson, Curtis Kimmerly; nephew, Chris Dull; great nephew, Tony Hutchinson; great niece, Sofia Blakley; childhood friends: Jamie Vickers and John Church; as well as many other family and friends.

Chuck worked for Bob Ross Buick for many years. He loved the Cleveland Browns, The Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Cincinnati Reds. Chuck was a muscle car enthusiast and also enjoyed visiting the beach when he could and spending time with his family.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Way of the Cross Church, 612 Beatrice Drive, Riverside. A memorial service will follow at 3:00pm, followed by a time of food and fellowship.
