Age 57, of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 6, as the result of an accident.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eileen May Murphy; step-father, Coakley Murphy, Jr; father, Ralph Hugh Eby and by one brother, James Michael Eby.
Chuck is survived by two brothers, Ralph Thomas Eby & Gerald Lee Eby; sister, Sister Judith Ann Eby, RSM; nephew, Gerald Lee Eby, II; and nieces, Christina D. Eby, Erin & Amber Eby.
Visitation 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Friday (6/11) at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 12, at Queen of Martyrs Catholic Church, Dayton, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made to the family to help with unexpected funeral expenses.
