Age 71, of Harrison Twp., passed away Thursday, January 24, 2008, at Hospice of Dayton.
He was born June 16, 1936 in Block, TN to Joel & Amanda Holt.
Charles is survived by his wife of the past 49 years, Laquetta Holt; one daughter and son-in-law, Karen & Richard Miller; two grandsons, Michael & Christopher; and by three great grandchildren, Gredin, Brenden & Kadence.
Charles retired from General Motors in 1985 with 30 years of service. He was a member of Brantwood Baptist Church in Huber Heights. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Monday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, with Pastor Tom Bowman officiating. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
