Charles Hinton

HINTON, Charles E. "Tookie" age 74, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2010. He retired from Laborer's Union Local 1410. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Susie Hinton; and 2 brothers, Earsal and Bill Hinton. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Freida; daughter, Michelle and husband Jerry Warrix; 3 loving grandchildren, Dustin Charles, Kylee, and Tia; sisters, Monie Sparks, Marie Kidd, and Lita Caudell; brothers, Karl, Von, Keith, and Barry; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 12:30 pm Monday, February 1, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. with Pastor Tim Hamilton officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:30 until time of services. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery.
