Charles Frazier

Frazier, Charles H., age 61, of New Carlisle, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2007 at Grandview Hospital. He was born August 3, 1946 in Hazard, KY, the son of Hubert & Dorothy Jean (Ramey) Frazier. He retired as the Financial Business Secretary for Sheet Metal Workers Local 24 where he was a member for over 30 years. He was an avid NHRA licensed drag racer for over 40 years. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Frazier; former spouse and the mother of his children, Shirley Frazier-Hauptstueck. Survivors include his children, Nick Frazier & Teri Schoen, both of Huber Heights; grandchildren, Christopher Frazier of West Carrollton & Kimberlyn Frazier of Covington, Matthew, Zachery, Taylor, & Kaleb Schoen of Huber Heights; sisters, Debbie Fitzgerald, Karen Carerr, & Dirinda Collard all of Michigan; brother, Barry Frazier of Michigan; special friend, Jon Olinger; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, January 4, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, West Alexandria. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 PM.
