Charles Ferguson

FERGUSON, Charles O., age 67, of Dayton, passed away Sun., Oct. 31, 2004 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents Russell & Emma, 1 son Charles David, 1 brother Russell Jr., 4 sisters Violet, Marie, Elizabeth and Mary and 1 grandson Shawn. Charles is survived by 2 daughters Helen Swallows (Craig) of Dayton and Connie Sue Beaty (Greg) of FL; 2 sons Edward (Victoria) and Timmy (Sonja) both of Dayton; 1 sister Betty Moore; 4 brothers Eugene, Donald (Sandra), Robert (Jean) and William (Sharon); 13 grandchildren David, Megan, Darryl, Shannon, Kimberly, Shannon, Tara, Mark, Casper, Keith, Gregory, Amanda and Adam; 2 great-grandchildren Raven and David and special friend Mrs. Mable Brown. He was a painter for over 40 years and a veteran of the U.S. Army with service during the Korean War. Charles was a loving father and grandfather and a dear friend to many. Funeral services 1 P.M., Fri., Nov. 5, 2004 at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Rev. Ken Clarkson officiating. Interment Dayton National Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 5 - 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions, if so desired, may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Charles' memory.
