Charles "Chuck" Ericson

Charles "Chuck" Ericson, age 75 of Kettering, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born November 6, 1946 in Springfield, Illinois, the son of the late Axel and Loretta Ericson.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Carol (Otto) Hattstaedt.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 45 years, Nancy; sons, David (Marissa) Ericson, Mike (Bernadette Rieger) Ericson; grandchildren, Penelope Ericson, Caleb Ericson; granddog, Winnie; as well as numerous loving relatives and many friends.
Following retirement from computer programming, Chuck was certified as a massage therapy and served as a phone operator for the deaf. He enjoyed camping, reading, computer games, and singing. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his friends and family.
A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439). In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the charity of your choice.
