Charles "Chuck" Mahoney Jr., age 82 of Dayton, Ohio passed away on February 15, 2021. He was born January 6, 1939 in Columbus, Indiana son of the late Charles and Alice Mahoney.
In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Darlene Mahoney; brother, Tom Mahoney and sister-in-law, Jane Mahoney; and his in-laws, Harry and Phyllis Travis.
Chuck is survived by his children, Mike (Dana) Mahoney and Jennifer Rogers; grandchildren, Heather (Jack) Phillips, Sam Rogers, and Rachel Rogers; great grandchildren, Klaire, Jack, and Dean; brother, Doug (Nora) Mahoney; sister-in-law, Linda (Tracy) Alley; brother-in-law, Brad (Jeannie) Travis; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Funeral Service will begin at 11:00am at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery- Dayton where Chuck will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife, Darlene.
