Charles Chinn, Jr.

CHINN, Charles E. Jr., age 44, of Kettering, passed away Fri., March 23, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton after an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his daughter Heather Nicole Chinn. Charlie is survived by his beloved wife Sandra, to whom he was married 12 years; 2 step-daughters Melissa Powell (Tim) and Krystal McIntosh (Michael Richardson); his father Charles E. Chinn Sr. (Dedra); his mother Barbara V. Collins; 1 brother Martin W. Chinn; 1 sister Cherlyn B. Sanders (William); maternal grandmother Bernice Koogler; 2 nephews Brandon and Shane Sanders and numerous other family members and friends. He was a volunteer firefighter and an E.M.T. for the City of Kettering and an E.M.T. for American Ambulance Service. Charlie was also a member of the Englewood Church of God. Funeral services 11 A.M., Tues., March 27, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Interment Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5 - 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
