Charles C. Rairden "Joe"

Charles C. Rairden (Joe), age 77, went to be with the Lord on May 27, 2016. Born July 11, 1938 in Montgomery County, KY to Clay and Margaret Rairden, youngest of 12. Parents, sisters, brothers and grandson, Ted Stewart preceded him in death. Survived by wife of 53 years, Patricia; sons, Rex Stewart (Joan), Scott Rairden (Clare), Brian Rairden (Ronda); grandchildren, Janette and Jennifer Rogers, Amanda, Jaxson, Dylan, Alison, Tristan, Adeline, Calvin, and Hannah Rairden. Joe was a retired sheet metal worker of Local 24. He was a faithful member of Brantwood Baptist Church and dearly loved the members. He had many friends in the Dayton area and loved to play cards and watch football with them. He loved his sons and grandchildren and was very proud of them. He came to the Lord late in life but served him well. Services Thursday June 2, 2-4pm visitation, memorial service at 4pm at Brantwood Baptist Church, 2400 Albrecht Ave., Riverside. In lieu of flowers, the family requests to donate to the Parkinson Research Foundation.
