Charles A. "Charlie" Pund Jr., age 87, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016. He was born November 8, 1928 in Dayton, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles A. and Louise Pund Sr.; sisters, Winnie Hobs and Phyllis Stork and infant daughter, Susan.
Charlie is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Georgia; daughter, Connie (Larry) Adsit; sons, Douglas (Mel) Pund and Chuck (Barb) Pund; brother, Gary (Beth) Pund and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family.
Charlie retired from GHR Foundry after 30 years. Employed at Central Trust Bank for 12 years, along with Wal-Mart for 10 years. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and B.P.O.E #58.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until the funeral service at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, Ohio 45432.
