VanWinkle, Charlene, 66, of New Paris, OH, passed away February 28, 2017.
She was born July 11, 1950 in Monroe, MI, to Albert Cupp and Edith Marie (Davis) Cupp.
She loved being a homemaker, she loved to sew, garden and can what she grew. Charlene loved to get dressed up and loved Motown music. She had a great sense of humor.
Charlene was preceded in death by her father, Albert Cupp, brothers, Leon Cupp, Doyle Cupp, and special friend, Keith Harvey.
She is survived by her 3 sons, Rodney VanWinkle, Heath (Amy) Van Winkle, Chad (Jeanna) VanWinkle all of New Paris, OH; grandchildren, Lee, Dalton, Devan, Blakey Boy, Blakey Girl, Branden, Caleb, Colten; great-grandchildren, Thomas James, Laine Grace; mother, Edith Marie (Duane) Wesler; brother, Eddie ( Dora) Cupp, sister, Helen (Hector) Rivera; and her special friend, Eva VanWinkle.
