SISCO, Charlene (Norrod) age 74, passed away peacefully on Tuesday morning, April 5, 2011.
She was born April 17, 1936 in Muddy Pond, TN. She was the daughter of the late Rev. Daily Norrod and Martha Ellen Hall.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, J.B. Sisco; her daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Joe Novak; grandson, Eddie; sister, Jewelene Norris of Clarkrange, TN; and brother, Beacher Norrod of Clarkrange, TN.
Charlene loved attending church and loved to read, especially her Bible. But most of all she loved her family and taking care of them. They will miss her more than words could ever say.
"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes and there shall be no more death." - Rev 21:4.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 8, 2011 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd.; with Rev Hollie J. VanHoose officiating. Interment at Byron Cemetery.
