Chadrick "Chad" Cornwell, age 34, of Miamisburg, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 20, 2014.
Chad was a loving husband and father. He was a momma's boy. Chad was truly a family man and would do anything for anyone. His wife was his life. Chad played football for Miamisburg in high school. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Michigan Wolverines.
Chad is survived by his wife of 11 years, Chasity Cornwell; son, Kiser; daughter, Destiny; momma, LaDonna (Michael) Wulfeck; dad, Rick (Vicki) Cornwell; sisters; Chriscella Cornwell and Lyndsey Wulfeck; brothers, Dustin and Matthew Wulfeck; mawmaw, Diana Touchet; in-laws, John & Athy Landis; brothers-in-law, Chad Landis, Greg and Clinton Brewster; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 5-8pm at Southbrook Christian Church (9095 Washington Church Rd, Miamisburg, OH 45342). The service will be held at the church on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 10am. Burial will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
