Chad Coons

Chad A. Coons, age 46, of Brookville, passed away July 16, 2023. He was born October 9, 1976 in Dayton, Ohio.

Chad was preceded in death by his grandparents: Elsworth and Iona Pauline; father, Willard Coons; aunt and uncle: Lori and Dan McClanahan; and cousin, Jimbo.

Chad is survived by his children: Chad Coons II, Ryan Bailey, Christopher Irvin and Abigayle Irvin; fiance, Tamela Irvin; mother and step-father: Pamela and Mark Castle; grandparents: Jena and Ronald Petry; grandchildren: Elliott and Bellaimee; brothers: Brian Coons, Steven Coons, Kevin Coons, Mark Morgan and Mathew Morgan; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, including 2 special nieces: Caliannah and Alonna.

Chad was employed with A+ Expediting and Logistics for many years. He was an avid pool player at Pat's Bar and was an angel on skates. He loved camping, building camp fires, playing darts and watching Law and Order. Chad enjoyed trivia, always knowing the answers to the stupid stuff. More than anything, Chad loved playing video games with his son, Chad.
