Chad Begley

Begley, Chad, age 86, of Moraine, passed away August 21, 2009 at 9:15 A.M. He was born in Hyden, Kentucky, May 18, 1923 the son of Bradley & Mary Begley, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by two brothers: Pearl & Brown; and three sisters: Nora Hensley, Jessie Houser & Mona Collins. He is survived by his wife of 45 years: Carolyn (Gross) Begley; and two sisters: Grace Foreman & Ann Long, both of Ohio. Chad was a United States Navy Veteran proudly serving during WWII, and retired from Chrysler with over 28 years of service, 13 of them serving a Union Steward. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Miamisburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 P.M. until time of services at 2:00 P.M.
