Cecelia May Hoagland John, age 82 of Beavercreek passed away at home on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. Born November 1, 1932 Fairborn, Ohio to Loyd and Olga Hoagland , Married Dennis E. John, July 5, 1953. Attended Bath High School and graduated in 1950. She retired from Sun Oil Company after 40 years of service. She worked at the National Aviation Hall of Fame 22 years prior to her passing. Member Dayton Family Campers and past member WBCCI Miami Valley Unit; member of Bethel Christian Assembly of God. Preceded in death by her parents, half- brother, Thomas Blair, husband, Dennis E. John. Survived by son Dale (Nancy) John of Sanford, FL., Daughter Karensue (John) McDowell of Jacksonville, FL. and son Edward (Michelle) John of Beavercreek. Grandchildren Jacob (Janet) McDowell, Miami FL., Kelan, Janelle, Joel McDowell of Jacksonville FL., Amanda John of Pensacola, FL., Evan (Bayley) John of Minneapolis, MN. Two great grandchildren Kira and Jarrett McDowell, of Miami. Siblings; Virginia (Jack) Schrodi of Englewood , OH; Dora Jean Hoagland, Lubbock, TX; John (Bonnie) Hoagland of Yellow Springs, OH, Glenna (Thomas) Funderburg of Greenville, OH, Susie Hoagland of Fairborn, OH, nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Christian Assembly of God. Visitation will be held at 10:00 am with the funeral service at noon on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Bethel Christian Assembly of God, 327 South Smithville Road, Dayton, OH 45403 with Rev.
