Cayleigh Ann Freels

Freels, Cayleigh Ann, age 5, of Centerville passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Childrens Medical Center. She was born January 22, 2003 in Tampa, FL. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Edwin Beard. Survivors include her parents, Michael & Cay Freels of Centerville; brothers & sisters, Stephen, Shane & Seth Freels, all of Centerville,OH, Scott Franks (and son, Ehan) of Illinois, Michelle (Jason) Brandeberry (and son, Carson) of Alpha, OH, Sean McGarvey (and son, Charlie) of New Hampshire, and Jennifer Klotz (and son, Jacob) of Indiana; grandmother, Elizabeth Elaine Beard; and numerous aunts, uncles, & cousins. Cayleigh is also survived by her biological mother, Crystal Shaum; brother Josh, and sisters, Macy and Isabella; biological father, Joshua Newport; and grandparents. The family would like to acknowledge all the doctors and caregivers who gave our family 5 wonderful years with Cayleigh. Thank you for all of your hard work and loving care. She will always be our angel girl and the beautiful star that blessed our lives. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Christ's Church, 3370 Upper Bellbrook Rd., Bellbrook, OH 45305, with Pastor Paul Santoro officiating. Interment will follow. Everyone is welcome to join the family at the church following graveside services. The family will receive friends at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH on Friday from 5-8 PM. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Children's Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio or the Agape For Youth Foster/Adoption Agency.
