Catherine Louise Casanova, age 73 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019. She was born January 23, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Rob Roy and Mary James Sr..
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy and Eva.
Catherine is survived by her son, Michael (Elizabeth) Casanova; step-children, Mary Jane Brewer, Billy Brewer; husband, James Brewer; grandchildren, Caden, Lucas, and Jack Casanova, Michael, Michaela, LaQuana, LaQuan; great grandchild, Zella; siblings, Nancy, Teresa, and Jesse James; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Humane Society of Greater Dayton in Catherine's memory.
