BUZALEWSKI, Catherine Sue, age 68, of Dayton, OH entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 06, 2023. Born November 30th, 1954 in Trotwood, OH to Bob and Gladys "Peach" Dixon. She graduated from Trotwood-Madison High School in 1973 and earned her CMA certification through Pima Medical Institute.
Unexpectedly widowed at the early age of 24, Cathy was preceded in death by her husband and first love James L Turlington Jr, her parents, her brother Tracy Dixon, and baby granddaughter Elouise. Survivors include her husband of more than 22 years Richard J Buzalewski of Northfield OH, sons James (Gina) Turlington III of Beavercreek OH and Josh (Sarah) Short of Middletown OH, as well as grandchildren Ashley, Olivvia, Samantha, Kyle, Elijah, and Elinda.
Cathy was passionate about her Christian faith, career in the medical field, sharing recipes and cooking for those she loved, politics, dogs, and wildlife. She especially loved wolves. Cathy was fortunate to have fulfilled a dream of living in the scenic mountains of Colorado, where together she and Rick enjoyed sightseeing, exploring, and sharing the photos of their adventures.
Interment will be a private graveside service at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens.
