BLOCK, Catherine L. "Katie" 59 of Dayton died Friday, March 18, 2005. Katie was a life member of VFW Post 431 and AmVets Post 24. She is preceded in death by her first husband David Race and second husband Paul Honious. She is survived by her loving husband Kenneth J. Block; son David Race and daughters Donna Dean and Anna Wise; 5 grandchildren; brother Jim Smith of Tennessee and sister Norma Lee Hedrick of Florida. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 24 at 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Visitation will be from 12 Noon until time of service.
