GIBBS, Carrie T., age 87, went to be with her Lord Thursday, June 12, 2008. Preceded in death by husband, Ed; son, Larry, and all 8 siblings. Mom to 6 children, Meretta, Henrietta, Wanda, Larry, J.R. Danny, 16 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren. Viewing at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering on Monday, June 16, 2008 from 5-7p.m., service to follow immediately after. Pastor Tom Bowman officiating. Interment Gibbs Cemetery, Gillmore, KY at 11a.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2008. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Newcomer Funeral home in Carrie Gibbs' name.
