Age 65, of Huber Heights, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009.
Carolyn is survived by her husband of the past 46 years, Gerald Woods; two children, Jerry & his wife, Maria Woods and Tanya & her husband, Michael Dornbusch; four cherished grandchildren, Yazmin, Cassandra, Kyle and Trinity; and by her beloved dog, Max.
Carolyn attended Happy Corner Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed bowling and played for several leagues over the past 20 years.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday (6/19), at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton. Memorial services will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m., at Happy Corner Church of the Brethren, 7037 Union Road, Clayton. The family will also be receiving friends at the church starting at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Carolyn to the Lymphoma-Leukemia Society.
