Carolyn S. Tilton

Carolyn S. Tilton, age 72 of Trotwood, reunited with her sons, William Joseph and Timothy J. Tilton on October 24, 2017. She was born in Dayton on July 21, 1945 to her late parents, Elmer and Ellen (O'Bryan) Evers. In addition to her sons and parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her 2 brothers and 1 sister.
She is survived by her 3 sons, Danny (Paula), David and Jeffrey (Christie) Tilton; 9 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; sister, Margaret (Joe) Risko; longtime friend, Leonard Webb and numerous extended family and friends.
Carolyn enjoyed arts, crafts and gardening. She had a passion towards her faith and enjoyed attended church when she could. Even though she didn't have much in tangible items to give, Carolyn was always giving her time and her heart to others.
Family will receive friends from 9:30 -10:30 AM on Monday, October 30, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. where a funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow the service at Calvary Cemetery in Dayton.
