Carolyn Sue Searcy

Searcy, Carolyn Sue (Godsey), age 63 of Dayton passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2007 at her home. She was born on February 2, 1944 in Springfield, OH, the daughter of Drew & Bessie (Noble) Godsey. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ruth Ann Eldridge; and her brother, Darrell Godsey. Survivors include her children, Douglas Searcy, Teresa Searcy, Darrell Searcy, & Christy Searcy; 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; sister, Kay Howard; and her brother, Dean Godsey. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, Beavercreek Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6-8 PM. Interment will be at Fairfield Cemetery, Fairborn.
