into Eternity on Sunday, May 12, 2013 from Hospice of Dayton.
She was born on July 31, 1942.
Survived by 2 daughters, Lynn (Jerry) Stump of Oregonia, Teresa Mattox of Xenia; 1 son, Charles Haynes(Rose Hendrickson) of Wilmington; 4 grandsons, James R. & Jesse A. Stump, Michael & Thomas Mattox; 3 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Rosemarie Payne of Urbana & Marvine Gates of Charleston, WV; many nieces, nephews; and her loving pet "Daisy".
Carolyn Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Ray, mother, Ruby Marie Chambers & father, Edward Roy Harper.
