Carolyn E. LeForce, age 73, of Monroe, passed away on June 12, 2022.
She was born January 8, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio to Robert Norman Elsner, Jr. and Dorothy Louise (Keener) Elsner. Carolyn graduated from West Carrollton High School, Class of 1967, and worked at Avery Dennison (originally Monarch Marking) for 48 years.
She was preceded in death by her father Robert N. Elsner Jr., and is survived by her husband Kenny LeForce; her daughter Amber "Amy" (Andy) Loveland; her mother Dorothy Elsner; sister Laura (Rick) Hawkins and brother Stephen (Mary) Elsner. Carolyn is also survived by her grandchildren Dustin Cushman and Paige Tortorelli; and great-granddaughters Scarlett Cushman and Haidyn Tortorelli, along with her nieces and nephews.
Carolyn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Carolyn loved traveling and seeing new places with her husband and friends. Carolyn and Kenny saw lots of places and put a lot of miles on their motorcycle. Carolyn loved animals and enjoyed her horses, cats and most recently their dog "Jack".
She will always be remembered for having an amazing smile, making macaroni and cheese for family get togethers and her impeccable knack for being on time.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 1:00 pm until time of memorial service at 2:00 pm at Zion Lutheran Church, 5550 Munger Road, Dayton, OH 45459. Burial will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA in Carolyn's memory.
