Age 59 of Vandalia passed away Monday, May 23, 2011, at The Hospice of Dayton.
Carolyn is survived by two children, Melissa & her husband, John Coker and Bobby Joe & his wife, Nicole Oakes; two grandchildren, Allison & Alexandria; three sisters, Linda Graves, Diane (Mike) Nardini and Patty (Jim) Rowland; and by numerous nieces & nephews.
Carolyn was preceded in death by one brother, Eddie Kirkendall. Carolyn was a member of the Agape Family Worship Center and retired as an LPN.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
