Carolyn Sue Foughty, 73, of Dayton, OH, passed away on April 3, 2019 at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born on April 17, 1945 to Lloyd and Gladys (Atkinson) Wiley in Baltimore, MD.
She worked as a Barista for Dayton Children's Hospital until she retired.
She married Gregory Foughty. Carolyn and Gregory spent recent years in Dayton.
She was a devoted member of New Hope Church where she volunteered often.
Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Gregory; siblings, Kenny Wiley, Linda (Earl) Pack, and Sharon Atwell; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Gladys Wiley; and brother, Everett Wiley.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019, 11:00 am at New Hope Church (536 Xenia Ave, Dayton, OH 45410).
An Additional Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 8, 2019, 1:00 pm at Markle Church of Christ (455 E Morse St, Markle, IN 46770).
She will be laid to rest after services in Markle, IN at the Markle Cemetery in Huntington County.
Memorials are suggested to the Dayton Children's Hospital or New Hope Church.
