Carolyn F. Cook, age 76 of New Paris, reunited with her husband, Charles "Cookie" Cook on October 8, 2015. She was born May 30, 1939 in Sumner, IL.
She is survived by her son, Ronald (Chrissy) Cooper; grandchildren, Taylor Cooper and Tara Miller; sisters, Mary Alice and Rae Ann; her best friend, Carol Plankenhorn and many extended family and friends.
Carolyn was a strong member of the Women's Auxiliary, American Legion Post 360 in New Paris. She loved to cook for her family and friends. Carolyn enjoyed visiting casinos, playing cards and bingo. She was an avid NASCAR fan.
A private service will be held by the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Women's Auxiliary, American Legion Post 360, 215 N. Washington St. New Paris, OH 45347.
