Carolyn Ardella Combs

Combs, Carolyn Ardella (Potterf), age 67, of Huber Heights, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2011. She was born February 14, 1944 in Preble County, Ohio to the late James & Lois Potterf. Carolyn grew up in Preble County where she enjoyed farm life with her family. She had worked at Tru Foto, NCR and Wendys, and enjoyed nature, gardening and history. Carolyn obtained her student pilots license and accomplished soloing Cessna 150 aircraft. Carolyn is survived by her husband: Jesse Combs; son: Jason Combs; sisters Sharon & Becky; and 2 grandchildren. A memorial service for family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. at the Hospice of Dayton Community Room. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either Hospice of Dayton or the American Cancer Society In memory of Carolyn.
