Caroline Elizabeth Foster Mills, age 67, of Washington Twp., went home to be with her Father & Mother on Friday, July 6, 2018. Caroline was born May 25, 1951 in Toledo, OH to the late Honorable Judge Robert R. & Julianne Foster.
She is survived by her loyal husband of 43 years, Jon "Randy" Mills; loving daughters, Rachael (Justin) Miller and Carrie (Luke) Arnold; grandchildren, Amber Valiante & Carson Miller, and Riley, Rowen, Reece & Roary Arnold; siblings, Sally (Richard) Harman, Robert R. (Jan) Foster, Eric H. (Cindy) Foster, Christian J. Foster and Scott A. "Beanie" Foster; and many other relatives and friends.
Caroline was a brave, nurturing, kind, selfless woman that touched the lives of many. She will be deeply missed.
The family will receive friends on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 9-11am at St. James United Methodist Church, 401 Carlwood Drive, Miamisburg, OH 45342. The memorial service will follow at 11am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Caroline's memory to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, Miami Valley Hospital Foundation Champions of Hope, and/or St. James United Methodist Church
