Caroline M. Borden

Caroline Mae Law Scott Borden, 72, of Huber Heights, went to heaven on Saturday, March 22, 2014.She was born to the late James Franklin Law and Harriett Pauline Barton, December 10, 1941 in Dayton, Ohio.
Carol worked for General Motors until she retired. She was a member of The Pentecostal Church of Dayton. She would spend hours crocheting baby blankets and clothing items to donate to the hospitals for premature babies. She had a love for the beach and was a wonderful Mother and Mammaw.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her youngest brother, Gerald Vaughn Law.
Carol is survived by her step-mother, Carrie Law; Siblings, Jim Law, Frank Law, Earl Law, Miriam Gail Isaacs and Peggy Gildow; four children, Carla Davis, Barbara Scott, Lisa Scott Haifley and Paul Borden; six grandchildren, Chad Scott, Jason Jones, Curtis Scott, Candace Jones, Luke Scott and Alyssa Degourville, as well as 12 great grandchildren.
Donations may be made to Newcomer Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 12-1 PM Friday, March 28, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, where a funeral service will begin at 1 PM Friday.
She will be laid to rest at Dayton Memorial Park.
