Carole E. Pollard, age 78 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2023. She was born May 11, 1944, in Keyser, WV to the late Bernice McCormick. In addition to her parents, Carole was preceded in death by her son; Antonne (Tony P) Pollard; sister, Wanda Coleman; brother-in-law, James (J.C) Coleman; and great grandson, Torrion McCoy.
She is survived by her husband, Charles W Pollard; daughter, Karen (Darryl) Frisby-Trigg; son, Gary T Frisby Jr. grandchildren: Darryl Trigg Jr, Darnell Trigg Sr., Tiera Trigg, Gary (Latosha) Frisby III, Gerron Frisby, Alexandria Pollard, and Natorra Frisby; 12 great-grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren; very special nephews: Shawn (Stacy) Coleman and Eric (Tajuana) Coleman Sr.; great nieces and nephews; Raven, China, Imani, and Eric Coleman Jr.; special friend, Barbara Murphy; special niece Leslie Clifford; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Carole retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base. She was a wonderful devoted mother, not only to her children but to so many others. Carole enjoyed shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family. She was well known for preparing her unforgettable macaroni and cheese. With Carole, you knew you were loved. Her memory will forever be in our hearts.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. Dayton.
