Carole Lynn Fritz, age 78, of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully on April 23, 2020 Dayton, Ohio. She was born May 7, 1941 to the late Hollis and Velma Hazzard.
Carole was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a doll and book collector. She loved reading, traveling to see her family, crocheting, and making doll clothing. She was a member of the Miami Valley Doll Collectors Association and Peace Lutheran Church.
In addition to her parents, Carole was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, William "Bill" E. Lehart; brother, Richard Hazzard; son-in-law, David Louis; and step son, Jeff Lehart.
Carole is survived by her children, Grayce Morris, Sonia (Scott) Buffenbarger, Kelly (Lee)Wyatt, Amy Louis, and Jon (Maribel) Fritz; 21 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Ross Hazzard; former husband, Robert (Joyce) Fritz; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
