Carol L. Ransomer

Carol L. Ransomer, age 74 of Dayton, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 1, 2019. She was born on September 25, 1944 in Dayton to the late Frances and Dorothy Tilton. In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Donald Ransomer II; son, Christian (Jerika) Ransomer; brothers, Terry Tilton and Thomas Tilton; cousins, John Keys and Jan Keys; numerous other extended family and dear friends.
Carol enjoyed assisting her son with coaching soccer. She had a passion for riding her own motorcycle around town. Carol had a deep love for her Faith, her family, her friends and especially kids.
Family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. where an additional viewing will be held on Friday, June 7 from 11 AM until 12 noon. A funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Interment will follow the service at Dayton National Cemetery.
