Paradiso, Carol A., Of Dayton, passed away in her sleep Wednesday morning, August 10, 2022 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born on January 23, 1949 to the late Roy and Constance Strutton. In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by her son, Mark Cochran, and brother, Thomas Strutton.
Carol is survived by her husband of 38 years, Andrew "Andy" Paradiso; 3 children: Chris (Karyn) Cochran, Angie (Jeff) Runyon, and Nick (Angie) Paradiso; 9 grandchildren: Justin and Emily Cochran, Brooke and Parker Diviak, J.J., Lexi, and Logan Runyon, Hayley and Ally Paradiso; sisters: Mary (Robert) Phillips and Donna (Vince) Ferrara; brother, Robert (Tammy) Strutton, and many other family and friends.
Carol enjoyed cooking, gardening and loved being outdoors. She was a creative and nurturing soul and enjoyed making gifts, especially for her grandchildren and her pets. She had a great sense of humor and could always make people laugh.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Carol's name to Hospice of Dayton.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
