SUDDETH-WALTERS, Carol L., age 45 of Vandalia, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013 after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan T. Suddeth. She was a loving and caring person. She is survived by her daughter, Karah Walters; father, Chuck Suddeth Sr.; brother, Chuck (Christina) Suddeth Jr.; grandchild, Hayden Thompson; nephew, Jayden A. Suddeth.
