Carol Jean Jones

JONES, Carol Jean, age 60, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2011. She is preceded in death by her son, Gary Jones. Carol is survived by her husband of 42 years, Greg Jones; son, Steven Jones; granddaughter, Rebecca Jones; niece, Karen Rosser; nephew, Kevin Rosser; the Pope family, numerous family in New Jersey, Arizona and Georgia, and all her friends at Elano. Carol was very active in her sons' school activities and was a longtime member of the Miami Valley Quilt Guild. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of the Hospice of Dayton.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery. Family will receive friends in celebration of her life from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, October 7, 2011 at the funeral home.
