Carlos Albert Deskins

Deskins, Carlos Albert, age 84, of Miamisburg, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2013. Carlos was a United States Navy Veteran proudly serving during WWII. He was a member of the Miamisburg Church of the Nazarene and a Barber in the Miamisburg area for over 57 years.

Carlos is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years: Carol Louise (Keeran) Deskins; daughters and sons-in-law: Brenda (Mike) Miller & Judy (Rick) Hart; son and daughter-in-law: Donnie (Jan) Deskins; 13 grandchildren: Mike, Justin, Erin, Brandon, Jessica, Rebekah, Anna, Summer, Adam, Sarah, Caleb, Christian & Shenandoah; 11 great grandchildren and 3 more on the way; sisters: June, Dot & Terri; brother: Buck; and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: William & Blanche (Shelton) Deskins; brothers: Lem, Harold & Frank; and sisters: Ruth & Gwen.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Miamisburg Church of the Nazarene, 1216 Richard St., Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. Entombment with Military Honors will follow the service at Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Centerville. The family will receive friends AT THE CHURCH on Tuesday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M.
