Carla F. Young, age 73 of Dayton, reunited with her husband, Eli Young and son, Zane T. Young on October 9, 2015. She was born on March 2, 1942 in Dayton to the late Thomas and Velma (Walker) Miller. In addition to her husband, son and parents, Carla was preceded in death by her brother, Danny Miller.
She is survived by her daughter, Tanya Young and daughter-in-law, Jan Thompson; son, John Young; brother, David Miller; sisters-in-law, Brenda Miller and Phyllis Taylor; many extended family and friends.
Carla's family and faith were extremely important to her and made her life complete. In Carla's life, it was Christmas every day of the year. Every day of the week was a good day for dessert.
In lieu of flowers, family request donations be made to The Hospice of Dayton, in Carla's memory.
