Carl J. Niswonger
Age 91, passed away Tuesday at Englewood Manor Nursing Home. He was born August 31, 1916 in Covington, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Aletha Niswonger; parents, Obidiah W. & Mildred Mae (Peiffer-Courtney) Niswonger; step-son, Paul Jr.; and by three brothers, William L. & Robert G. Niswonger & Richard Van Skyock.
Carl is survived by his son, Karlos R. Niswonger; stepdaughter, Bonnie Walker; stepson, Paul Jr.; sisters, Virginia E. Wilmer, Wanda M. (& her husband, Charles) Fritz and Hattie M. Young; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Bud was an active farmer for 75 years. During WW II he served in the U. S. Army.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, North Chapel. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Englewood. If friends desire contributions may be made in memory of Bud to Hospice of Dayton.
