Carl Goodrich, Sr.

GOODRICH, Sr., Carl J., age 59, of Dayton, passed away Monday, April 11, 2005 of natural causes at Grandview Hospital. He was born June 23, 1945 in Dayton, OH. Carl was a self employeed contractor for many years. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Jeanette (Carmack); one daughter, Malody Ratliff of Riverside; two sons, Carl J. Goodrich, II, and Ron S. Goodrich both of Riverside; four grandchildren, Larry, Jamey, and Sarah Ratliff, and Elizabeth M. Goodrich; one sister, Delores Evans; one brother, William Dickerson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ethel M. (Johns) Dickerson. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 14, 2005 from 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd.) where funeral services will be held Friday, April 15, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. James Bateson officiating. Interment will be in Willow View Cemetery.
