Carl Hilmer Franzen, age 78 from Orlando, FL, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013 from Alzheimer's at Spring Creek Nursing Home in Dayton, OH.
Carl was a retired employee from Martin Marietta. He was an active Toastmaster, volunteered and was Chairman of the Red Cross and Red Cross Sailing Club.
He is survived by his children: Theresa Pelaez of Vandalia, OH, David Franzen and Dawn Naylor both of Orlando; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
