WATKINS, Carl E., age 73, of Dayton, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2012. He was born November 6, 1938 in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of the late Clifford J. and Maxine (Haynes) Watkins. Carl was a lifelong member of the VFW and served as a past officer with the 40/8. He was a retired SSGT from the United States Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Chiyo Watkins; son, Scott Watkins; brother, Danny Watkins.If desired, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
