He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell & Myrtle Hardin; siblings, Walter Collins Jr., Johnny Collins, Ronald Collins, Myrtle Ann Collins, Carolyn Carpenter, Michael Collins and Robert Collins; and grandson, Andrew Blair.
Carl is survived by his daughters, Mandee Lykins and Janice Branham; grandchildren, Lucian Belcher, Jason Blair, Morgan Barnhouse, Jessica Branham and Brody Cable; great-grandchild, Joella Brewer; sisters, Mary Adamson, Joyce Byers and Barbara Barnett; beloved dog, Brutus; and many other relatives and friends.
