Carl E. Moody

MOODY, Carl E. "Butch", age 67 of Dayton passed away Sunday December 9, 2007. He was born on April 2, 1940 in Columbus Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents Carl H. Sr. and Beulah Moody; sister Gloria Jean Cooper; and brother William H. Moody. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Elizabeth Anne Moody; children Christopher (Michelle) Moody of Katy, TX., Eric Andrew (Deborah) Moody of Centerville, OH.; grandchildren Joshua, Sarah, Katie, and Brian; sister Carleen Isble; brothers Carl H. Jr. (Thelma) Moody, Jack (Betty) Moody, Jim Moody; special cousin Marilyn (Troy) Hyatt of Albany, OH.; and many nieces nephews and cousins. Carl served his country in the Navy. He retired from McCauley Propeller Division of Cessna Aircraft after 39 loyal years. The family will receive friends on Thursday December 13, 2007 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. The service will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, Friday December 14, 2007 with Pastor Phil Porter officiating. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
