69, of Dayton passed away Wednesday January 28, 2009 at his home. He is preceded in death by his father and step-mother Edmond and Ann Robbins and grandmother Goldie. Carl is survived by his wife Ginger Robbins; son Darryl (Becca) Robbins; daughters Tammy Rosenthal, Becky (Doug) Evans, Amanda Nill, and Kim (Jason) Burgess; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and numerous friends. He was a veteran in the U.S. Air Force, taught banjo and music for many years, played in many bands including most recent band Lost Creek. Carl was a avid antique dealer and charter member of Dayton Street Rod Club. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Monday February 2, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Trotwood, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM Sunday February 1, 2009 at the funeral home.
